You are able to get down on the floor to exercise, have the ability to stand up to workout, are able to use technology with some ease, can follow videos from the app library who demonstrate exercises in mid sized bodies, who can follow modifications from your coach and written explanations.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
Getting down on the floor is a deal breaker, if technology is very challenging, as we use many videos from the library of CoachRX, this is not for you if watching demos of exercises delivered by mid-sized bodies is unsettling or triggering.
