What is Size Strong Strength Training?
Size Strong Strength Training is a 12-week strength training program created by and led by Louise Green. It is a community-driven approach to unlocking your strength potential. Our Foundational program provides weight training for beginner to intermediate, while the Barbell level caters to more advanced lifters seeking to push their boundaries, and our Heavy program is designed for those who wish to build maximum strength. Each program combines expert guidance, community support, and the celebration of strength in a positive, inclusive space - right at your fingertips. This is group coaching, in an app, with a personalized touch.

Designed for experienced lifters wanting to push their bodies in a more technical program. It requires a barbell, plates, a rack set up, and higher-weight dumbbells. This program has less variety in lifts, and works on building max strength with repetition.

Size Strong Strength Training is designed for people who do not struggle to get up and down off the floor; however, Louise has designed a STRONG program that offers multiple options for each move, included seated options for most exercises. Size Strong Strength Training is hosted on CoachRx - an app you can download onto any of your devices, so you have it right at your fingertips. Right in the app you'll have the opportunity of uploading 1-2 weekly videos of you doing the training program, to receive expert insight from Louise.
