Coaching Programs Available:
Customized Strength Training Program
A customized strength training program is based on what you enjoy, where your fitness level is at, where you plan to workout (at home or in the gym), whether you are able to stand for the session, get down on the floor, etc, or if you are interested in specialized lifting preparation such as Olympic lifting or powerlifting.
The STRONG Program
A 12-week progressive, guided program with videos for each move and modifications for seated options or standing options if getting down on the floor is a challenge.
The HEAVY Program
The Heavy Program is for people who have a base of weight lifting but are ready to take their dumbbells heavier and learn about barbell lifting. Heavy is also for those with a foundation but may be new to barbell weight lifting and new to drilling down into a more comprehensive way of training.
